Site Drainage & Grading

Fast, field-based elevation data and GIS drainage analysis — no survey crew required.

Grading, stormwater, and drainage decisions depend on accurate elevation data. Using a motion-based field measurement tool and GIS analysis of available elevation data, I can capture site conditions and model drainage patterns without the cost or lead time of a full survey crew.

What I provide

  • Field-measured cut/fill reports — perimeter, area, elevation change, and grading volumes captured on a single site visit
  • GIS analysis of existing elevation (DEM) data to identify drainage patterns across a parcel
  • Placement and sizing recommendations for stormwater control features based on that analysis
  • Site maps and exhibits to support septic, land use, or permitting submittals

When you need it

  • Evaluating drainage before building or grading
  • Siting a driveway, pad, or pond on uneven ground
  • Need elevation or grading data without a full survey crew
  • Supporting a septic design or county application with site topography

Field data, not estimates

Cut and fill numbers come from on-site measurement, not an assumption — so what you get is a number you can actually build to, turned around fast.
